Would give 4.5 stars. In my opinion, this is Bremen's best iced latte and the same goes for the carrot cake. However, the prices are very expensive. You can also have breakfast or lunch there. But the portions are not always enough for me, even if it tastes good. But I don't think I am a yardstick either ?

Unfortunately not enthusiastic. We went there with quite high expectations and were disappointed. But first to the positive things: Super nice ambience and a great smell in the shop. You come in and you are relaxed. But then the cappuccino. It can happen that the sugar was forgotten. This is not something I would complain about. But unfortunately the cappuccino was really tasteless. Literally. Very bitter finish. Again feasible with 3 spoons of sugar. But ey? The foam was nice ? A small heart cheers the mood.

I am very shocked. My son (two years old), my girlfriend and I entered the shop. We asked if there was still a table available. When asked, the staff accused us of not saying hello first and had a really bad feeling. We sat at the table for a short time and then decided to leave. I have NEVER been treated like this by a service staff!

I'd rate this place 4.5 (but it's not available in Google reviews) and in my opinion it's closer to a 5 than a 4 if I have to rate it this way ;) We had breakfast at this place and flat white. The coffee beans are roasted to it's sweet spot and we loved the flavour! The breakfast was also amazing compared to our breakfast experiences in Bremen so far (suggestions for breakfast/brunch places are welcome if anyone has any). My rating of 4.5 is only due to the portion of the breakfast compared to the price. However, the taste was so good and presentation was excellent that we didn't mind the price at the end. Great! Very relaxed sun terrace on the busy street, super-friendly and competent staff! Great coffee selection and very good coffee preparation. Unfortunately the fruity espresso was empty today. But also the espresso no. 1 from onetake from Hamburg was delicious, chocolaty, nutty. Coffee beans for home use are also sold by various roasters in Germany. And some coffee-making equipment and craft beer. We will be back!!!

I was invited here for breakfast by my two friends and it was the first time for me at YellowBird. All of the staff were very nice and the service was very friendly and quick. The selection of alternative, also vegan dishes was great. The coffee tastes great and the other drinks are delicious too. Even if I live a little further away in Bremen, I still love to come back and always bring someone new with me! A real insider tip.

A very nice and cosy café to have a relaxed and peaceful moment. The place is very well decorated with every details masterfully thought of. The coffee is also particularly tasty with fragrant flavors. The pastries, desserts and savory bagels also seemed amazing and vegetarian/vegan friendly.

Probably the worst service I ever had in Germany, because of one staff member working at the bar. We were a party of three and I went to ask at the bar whether we should order there or somewhere else. However, the bartender refused to answer while she was talking to another colleague, and then again refused to answer while she was making a few other drinks. After that, she was deliberately ignoring us and refused to serve us drinks for a long time. I used to have coffee here sometimes, but will avoid it in the future.

Good options both for espresso and filter coffee. Got a Kenyan by a local roaster and was pretty delicious.

Our visit was a very pleasant and tasty experience. The cappuccino, avocado dark toast with scrambled eggs and the cheesecake were all delicious. On sunny days sitting outside is definitely recommendable. Paying by card is also possible.

I got a spoiled milk in my coffee that smelled bad abs tasted sour. Stuff didn't even to appologize or offer another drink. Not coming here again!

Perfect location to spend your afternoons at. The coffee is amazing and the staff is really friendly and offers a great service. At the big window you can sit and watch the passengers go by. The only thing you can criticize is that there’s no WiFi. So get a good book or good friends to talk to with you.

If you want actual food (read: vegetables and non-meat protein), this is the cafe to frequent. Portion sizes are generous for the price (less than 10 euro for a lunch dish). Baked goods were disappointing, but probably low-sugar compared to the usual german bakery spread. The coffee is modest but carefully prepared (no burnt milk). It has a family-friendly atmosphere - lots of room for strollers and kids to mill around. Staff are happy and chatting between themselves. A few weekday laptop workers, but only 1 plug/outlet. Lots of outdoor seating. No comfy chairs or sofas but still a relaxed atmosphere.
